One of North Americas most successful online e-tailer of computer hardware and consumer electronics realized that there was a gap in their service pipeline. They were missing opportunities to participate in large international public tender offerings which were in line with the products and services they provided. Having no experience in researching, documenting and submitting proposals for large complex government projects was a hurdle which they had difficulty surmounting. They turned to DCS for our assistance.


We worked closely with the client to identify the opportunities best suited for engagement and helped walk them through the preparation and submission process.


We were also able to provide valuable feedback about the distribution chain which resulted in the negotiation of better proposal pricing.


DCS and our client were able to secure 10 large contracts with different US Government, European and Government of Canada departments within the first three months of our collaborated efforts, representing more than $15 million in additional revenue. DCS subsequently developed resources, processes and training materials for the client to internally manage their future bid creation and submission efforts.
